This policy explains what information Spare Shift, operated by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], a company registered in [STATE], collects and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, business name, email, phone and password (stored securely by our sign in provider; we cannot read it).
  • Onboarding answers you type into your portal, and messages between you and our team.
  • Billing details handled by Stripe. We see your package, payment status and the last four digits of your card, never the full number.
  • Audit requests sent from our homepage form.
  • Basic technical data such as your browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.

Your customers' data

When we build systems for you, we handle your customers' information on your behalf and only as you instruct. You control it, and we delete or return it when you ask.

How we use information

  • To create and secure your account, provide the services and send you updates about your project.
  • To bill you and keep financial records.
  • To answer audit requests and questions.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that run the service: Google Firebase (sign in and data storage), Stripe (payments), Netlify (website hosting), our email provider, and the software and AI tools that make up your build. Each is bound by its own privacy and security terms. We may also share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Account and project information is kept while you are a client and for up to two years after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your choices

You can update your details in your portal, export your data, or ask us to delete your account. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, such as access or correction. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
